'Jeans for a Cause' Initiative: The Rippe & Kingston staff enjoy coming together to give back to the community.  Each month, donations are collected for a chosen foundation or cause suggested by the employees.  Those who participate can opt to wear jeans on Fridays.  This month, donations will be made to ProKids.

Legal Management Systems: R&K Staff Supports the Cincy Out of the Darkness Walk

Employees of Rippe & Kingston, LLC and Battelle Rippe Kingston donated over $500 to the Cincinnati Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's Out of the Darkness Walk.

In addition to their donations, some employees participated in and volunteered at the walk on October 20th in honor of lives lost to suicide, as well as in support of suicide prevention.

Legal Management Systems: R&K's Paperless Billing Efficiencies Expanded

Several months ago, we touched on the option to use Rippe & Kingston's Paperless Billing Efficiencies to your Firm's advantage.

Today, we wanted to discuss specifics!  We will start with Automatic PDF Delivery of Pre-Bills and PDF Editing this week, and then we'll talk about Online Billing and PDF Emailing of invoices next week!

With R&K's LMS, you can easily generate PDF Pre-Bills (BIMs) and distribute them automatically to the appropriate Attorney (or Attorney's Secretary) via email.  The process can be automated, so that there's no hassle involved!

LMS creates the PDF Pre-Bill, so that it can be emailed, but also in order to perform editing on a PC or on the go.  Many of our Clients use PDF-XChange or Adobe Acrobat while at their desk to mark up BIMs, and the PDFpen for iPad app while on the move.  All of these tools allows users to make revisions to LMS PDF Pre-Bills electronically, saving time and paper.

Legal Management Systems: R&K Hosts Christmas in...August!

When the Rippe & Kingston Gives Back team visited Cincinnati Children's Hospital earlier this year to present a sizable donation collected from Rippe's 'Jeans for a Cause' (JFAC) Initiative, it was clear that the kids truly appreciate all of the games, toys, and other items that the community donates throughout the year.   

This appreciation motivated the team to host Christmas in August for Children's patients.  Last month, employees donated toys and other helpful items to participate in JFAC.  Any monetary donations will also be used to purchase additional toys and games. 

The event was a huge success!

Maria Enget attended the San Diego Cocktails & Connections social (pictured left), and Brad Vanlandingham attended the Denver Mile High expo.  

At the Denver event, each exhibitor chose a country to represent.  Rippe's booth displayed the Netherlands flag (pictured right), and they provided a gift basket of Dutch goodies.
