Legal Management Systems: Presenting Key Peformance Indicators

On Tuesday, June 10th, Jay Erdman from Rippe & Kingston, LLC presented at an ALA Las Vegas Chapter luncheon.  

The presentation's focus was Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for basic, intermediate, and advanced levels.  

 The event was a huge success!

Rippe & Kingston, LLC also had a drawing for an iPad at the end of the luncheon.  Maria Enget, R&K Marketing Representative, presented the prize to the winner, Sheldon Orme, Firm Administrator, from Aldrich Law Firm, Ltd.
