Legal Management Systems: Import Facility News

As you may know, Rippe & Kingston's LMS System has Import Facilities for rates, budgets, credit limits, etc., in which data can be conveniently imported via an Excel spreadsheet (saved as a .csv file).  

Today, R&K has an import option for Cash Receipts as well!  The LMSV Import Facility now allows for an easy method of entering Cash Receipts, providing the same functionality as any other import.  For example, users can validate the data with one click and any errors can be corrected quickly on the fly. The spreadsheet can then be saved and uploaded directly to the appropriate LMS Table.

Legal Management Systems: R&K Employee Donates to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

For the month of June, Employees donated $350 to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.  The donations were made in honor of friends and family affected by Cystic Fibrosis, as well as to support associated research.

'Jeans for a Cause' Initiative: The Rippe & Kingston staff enjoy coming together as a collective effort to give back to the community.  Each month, donations are collected for a chosen foundation or cause suggested by employees.  Those who participate can opt to wear jeans on Fridays.

Legal Management Systems: LMS+ Introduces eARM

Did you know that Rippe & Kingston recently upgraded LMS+ to include eARM, an automated collections process??

The new eARM module, via browser-based LMS+, utilizes email for the delivery of the AR letter, Statements of Account, and the corresponding copies of PDF invoices.  The emails (example left) can be initiated by Accounting on a schedule or sent on demand by the Attorney!  

This enhancement is definitely something to consider implementing to improve collections results!!
