To start, keep in mind that Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) truly begins with the Attorneys!
It is their responsibility to acquire "good, paying" Clients, obtain retainers whenever possible, and bill in a timely manner.
Once the foundation is set by the Attorneys, Rippe & Kingston's LMS can come into focus.
LMS was designed to assist the Firm and its Attorneys in the ARM process.
The system's responsibility involves:
- Providing easy to read Client invoices that enhance and/or reflect the Firm's image
- Providing monthly Statements of Accounts
- Providing Attorneys and staff quick and easy access to Clients' Investment Balances: Unbilled Time, Unbilled Cost, Accounts Receivable, etc.
- Providing a Collections Database
- Initiating Firm Collection pushes via LMS "Two Minute Drills"
