With R&K's LMS, you can easily generate PDF Pre-Bills (BIMs) and distribute them automatically to the appropriate Attorney (or Attorney's Secretary) via email. The process can be automated, so that there's no hassle involved!LMS creates the PDF Pre-Bill, so that it can be emailed, but also in order to perform editing on a PC or on the go. Many of our Clients use PDF-XChange or Adobe Acrobat while at their desk to mark up BIMs, and the PDFpen for iPad app while on the move. All of these tools allows users to make revisions to LMS PDF Pre-Bills electronically, saving time and paper.
